This Privacy and Cookie Policy provides information about how the limited liability company "AUTOSKOLA Einšteins", registration number: 40103961707, legal address: Rīgas iela 22-1, Cēsis, Cēsu novads, LV-4101 (hereinafter - the Service Provider) processes personal data during the provision of the professional driver training for the obtaining of categories AM, A, B, BE, C, CE, D and the professional certificate (code 95) in the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (hereinafter - CSDD) in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 358 “on Driver Training and Driver Training Programs” (hereinafter - Cabinet Regulation No. 358) of 13 April 2010, as well as the providing of first aid course, medical certificates and purchase of CSDD textbooks (hereinafter - Services) and managing the website www.einsteins.lv (hereinafter – the Website).

The purpose of the Privacy and Cookie Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) is to provide a natural person - data subject, with information on the purpose, scope, protection and term of processing of personal data during the acquisition of data and processing of personal data of the data subject.

2. Duration of data processing and deletion

2.2. At the moment when the storage period expires for any of the above-mentioned purposes of personal data processing or the legal basis of the processing does not apply, the Driving School shall delete or anonymise these data.

3. Recipients of personal data

3.1. Your personal data may be shared with service providers that provide Driving School server maintenance services, payment processing services, accounting, legal, IT and other services that the Driving School needs to ensure the delivery of its services.

3.2. 3.1. The service providers referred to in paragraph 1 shall receive only those personal data which are necessary for the specific service provision.

3.3. The service providers referred to in Clause 3.1 are entitled to process your data only according to the instructions of the Driving School, without using the data for other purposes. Service providers shall ensure data protection in accordance with the applicable law.

3.5. The Driving School employees (customer consultants) are entitled to access certain personal data to provide the service, if they have agreed to the Driving School's privacy rules and measures.

3.6. In certain cases, where the Driving School has a legal obligation to transfer personal data to law enforcement authorities, as well as state and local government institutions, the Driving School is entitled to do so in accordance with the received request.

4. Your rights

4.1. You are entitled to access your personal data by sending the request to the Driving School. The Driving School will collect your personal data information within 1 (one) month and send it to your e-mail address.

4.2. If you want to correct your data, you have the opportunity to correct the data in your profile or ask the Driving School to correct personal data.

4.3. You are entitled to object to the processing of personal data that we process for the legitimate interests of the Driving School. In case of such objection, your personal data will no longer be processed, unless in this case the legitimate reasons for the processing by the Driving School outweigh the interests of the data subject (for example, to defend their legitimate interests).

4.4. You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of data based on your consent at any time.

4.5. After receiving the full Service, you are entitled to delete your profile, thus deleting your personal data. Even after deleting the Profile, the Driving School is entitled to keep your personal data, which is obliged to keep for the driving school's accounting purposes.

4.6. If you request the deletion of your personal data or object to the processing necessary for the performance of the concluded agreement and the provision and receipt of the Service, it may no longer be possible or difficult to receive the Service.

6. Changes to Privacy policy

6.1. The driving school is entitled to change the Privacy Policy. Changes to the Privacy policy will take effect as soon as they are published on the Website in the new version. In case of dispute, the effective version of the Privacy Policy at that time shall be considered.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 3.03.2022.
